A 116,000 sqft co-living / mixed-use proposal located in Edwards, CO. Working in collaboration with Architecture Research Office, the proposal is situated on the last large, undeveloped tract in the commercial core, positioning itself as an infill development, capitalizing on public transport access and working in conjunction with the adjacent Edwards Corner to economize on shared parking, while creating a vibrant pedestrian plaza between the two. The proposed design adds 221 bedrooms through micro-unit and various suite type apartments along with amenities supporting a engaged, outdoor community.
